The rooting process depends on which firmware version it has. Mine had the 1.31.xx.xx which is the easiest firmware to root - [link] - isn't risky at all. just follow the instructions step by step.

If you have a higher/newer firmware version you'll have to use this guide first - [link] - and then the other one. I think this looks a bit more risky but can't really be sure since I haven't tried it.
