This picture is based on the film Disney's Atlantis The Lost Empire and the sceneΒ
where the crew and the Ulysses is attacked by a mechanical lobster leviathan
"The creature guarding the entrance to Atlantis ." Just another quote from Milo.
Milo stands and stares right out the window at the leviathan's face and it's tentacles
getting ready to shoot out it's crystal power at the submarine.
This scene reminds me of the film "Battleship" because the ship attacks and sci-fi technology were similar to the leviathan scene and the sci-fi technology Atlantis had. Which made the movie freaking awesome.

This is fabulous! You were able to make it look like certain parts are shining, which I can't figure out with traditional art, haha. And there are so many details! The shading looks amazing, the font is practically perfect, and it's good enough to be an official poster.

First of all, in my opinion the impact in this piece is powerful due to the majestic blue color, not to mention this is my favorite color!
I like how you organized dark and light parts in this composition: my eyes are automatically focused on the light part in the center and thus I can see the meaning of this image, it suits the quote so well (Milo stands and stares right out the window at the leviathan's face and it's tentaclesΒ getting ready to shoot out it's crystal power at the submarine.)Β 
Besides, the style looks like realistic comic, with a touch of fantastic sci-fi painting style. Your style is original and amazing, I enjoy it.
