This is a shot I made of Tasha when I was first starting out with Photography. I want trying to find different way of shooting the same subject. I shot this with B/W film at the time.

Now that she is gone, it is very moving how she is posed.

She died today and I felt that this image is the best of her that I will cherish for the rest of my days.

I am typing this with tears running down my face. The pain is almost too much. So much because she died not only so much like my mother, but so close in time as well.
