Two Form Tempest Blades—
First Form:
Forming five floating bolts of lightning that will hover overhead, it will follow the user until it is shot towards the enemy at lightning speed. The accuracy is not the best, but it will do its best by tracking the enemy and home in on the place in which the enemy stands. It can be shot one at a time or all at once. Once it makes contact, it will cause a burning sensation and 30-second stun. Cooldown total is 15 minutes long, each bolt of lightning takes 3 minutes.
- This skill remains idle if not used.
- If someone were to grab at the idle bolts and was not a lightning user, they will get shocked and stunned for the 5 second period.
- The bolts can be grabbed and thrown like a spear by the user for slightly better accuracy.
Second Form:
One of the bolts of lightning can take the form of the user's sword and can be used as another blade to fight as extra damage. It would float midair within a 2m radius and used with ease while maintaining the remaining lightning bolds at the same time. The user can keep the sword up to 1-minute duration, but if the user loses concentration within the time then it will lose its form and revert back to a bolt of lightning. Using the second form of this skill strains the user so the cooldown is 30 minutes.
- The blade can be used in the absence of the user's main weapon, but cannot create another lightning blade.
- This form cannot stun the enemy other than giving a slight tingly feeling.
Impact Wave—
Storing up a large amount of electricity into the user's sword, the user will do a full swing and send out a large pulsing wave of electricity in one direction. Anyone who is in the way will be hit and pushed back along with the wave up to 20m in distance from the user. It can cause a feeling of being struck by lightning, the longer the enemy stays within the wave will cause more damage from minor to medium burns and cause a 10-second stun afterward. The skill causes the user's arms to become stunned as well for a minute and is unable to pick up their sword therefore IF enough energy then they can use Two Form Tempest Blades as a substitute to defense. Can be used up to two times a day with a cooldown of one hour in between due to exhaustion.
- This can be avoided if the enemy lays flat on the ground or just high enough into the air (3m).
- Mainly used to clear a large number of people to make an escape.
Charge Rush—
A sharp burst of energy that sends the user forward in a linear path as a way to get from one point to another in a flash. It is used to dodge or intercept enemies within the range of 10 meters (max). There is a 20 second cooldown.
Inventory:
- Necklace [EQUIPPED]: [IMAGE ] A black string with a symbol hanging off it. If he prizes anything more than his lighter, it is his necklace. Hands down, wouldn't be able to function with it gone.
- Sigma's Gift: [IMAGE ] A heart-shaped music box of a necklace tucked underneath his armor for safety. A gift from Sigma which he holds quite close.
- Lighter: No smoking, just fire. Keeps a lighter on his person and would play around with it from time to time. Can be found staring into the fire, seemingly lost in thought.
- Pocket Watch: [IMAGE ] A beautiful pocket watch given by Erina, he holds this gift rather dearly to him. He always has it on him and enjoys taking it out to see the time, he also tends to like showing it off/gush to others about it. He always wanted a pocket watch.
- Ram Plush: [IMAGE ] As a sort of exchange of plush making with Sigma, he was given a rather adore ram plush with a loose ribbon. It holds great sentiment and places on top of his books.
- Magic Accessory: [IMAGE ] A simple-looking dial button that switches from normal (or current) outfit to armor.
Ramiel is a friendly and perceptive individual, often wearing a smile on his face. He has an enigmatic attitude that makes it hard to decipher what he's thinking, even more so when first meeting him, but you will find that he is very much a chatterbox when his curiosity is peaked. He appears to be more casual and laid-back, but keeps a strict formal etiquette that he tries to keep under control around others so everyone around him is comfortable. Usually taking things in stride and have an optimistic air around him, but despite that he holds a sense of foreboding that things could go terrible wrong. While sometimes being skeptical and cynical of others, he believes that people are far more complicated than they appear which goes hand in hand with philosophy with questioning everything.

Story:
The throbbing from his head started to subside once he reached the darkness and felt like he was floating with a light breeze blowing past him...Ramiel's eyed to a whole new environment, none of his surroundings felt the least bit familiar to him and a peculiar emptiness in his memories while he laid there. The idea disturbed him, it really felt like he missing something.
Ramiel got up, there was no use in laying around. His outfit was slightly messy, but it was still intact so he patted around his body to find anything that would give him a clue. The only thing he found on his person was a necklace and a lighter, the necklace with a strange yet familiar symbol hung around his neck and the lighter was securely in his pocket, both of them felt important and gave him a strange sense of longing. Tucking these items away, Ramiel explored the area and found it more like he was stuck in some forest... or maybe an island?
Strangely enough, a tower came to view and it loomed over as it stretched high into the sky. Curious, he enters the tower and ascends up towards the top or at least what he could get.
It felt endless. Ramiel wasn't sure how far he was walking up, he did expect to find someone or even something that lingered in the tower until he reached a point where he was about to give up before coming face to face to a large draco. The draco, Jules, was hanging around the high floors of the sky tower to sightsee and asking what business a human was hanging around Patreeon when he should be in Elledolias surrounded by protectors at seeing how unequipped Ramiel seemed.
None of the words were familiar to Ramiel, Jules figuring he was one of those humans that randomly appeared offered to take Ramiel to Elledolias. Finding this helpful, he agreed. Jules flew with Ramiel over to Elledolias where he was introduced to these protectors, Ramiel felt a strange deja vu and was urged Jules to go join if he ever thought of doing some good while he was here. There were indeed more humans and many different creatures in Elledolias, he felt a familiar yet uneasy feeling when he thought about it before agreeing to join.

LOCKED, but viewable of the full story. Ramiel recalls bits and pieces of his past, but not in full detail.

- Often would wear the mask over his eyes and sometimes forget to take it off.
- The mask is shaped to be like wings covering the eyes.
- His armor/outfit is designed to not be colorful, more monochrome, so he doesn't stand out too much.
- Only his eyes are a contrast to his outfit.
- His eyes are a mix of pale blue and light purple but look almost white in the distance.
- Tattooed on the back on his neck is the cult's symbol.
- When he ties up his hair into a short ponytail, it's more visible.

- Get him to talk about anything philosophical, it'll be endless and tend to get confusing after a while, but it might be enjoyable!
- Considered to be part of a cult back on Earth, but it was mainly due to his loyalty for the person leading the cult that led him to join. He was also called one of the "Angels" within the cult.
