Sorry it took so long to reply but I had to think about it.
Of course the image is fair game and I like your writing.
But I have to let you know that the image is only one of a series and comes from a pre existing story by Geoff Merrick that never got published in North America but was finished by another illustrator and published in Spain by Dofantasy.
Just so you know.
That being said..feel free as long as no money is involved and you don't try to use the image for anything that might involve copywrite.

Geoff gave me some input on the original years and years ago before he and I lost touch with each other. Then the pic sat around in a stack of paper for ten years.
I found it and thought it would be fun to colour it..

Something like this have been on the wishlist for two of the submissives I have been involved in - and I did something like this for one - but could not leave her inside for very long due to fear that she run out of oxygen. It means digging through a pile of boxes and books and that is difficult with things so we I can't take things out of my shed to move them around. Once I get to the stack it will mean sorting through hundreds of piece of paper in dozens of stacks on shelves around the walls.

As far as my I know my art is in only one other place and that's my loosecannon group on yahoo.

I love this picture it looks like her feet are held in the position they would take if she was wearing ballet boots and her nipples look like they have a hook screwed into her nipple and wire wrapped around it and fixing it to the ring which must be very painful and very unpleasant for her. The rope in her hair seems to be keeping it painfull;y tight. as good a guess as mine.
The original story was written my the might Geoff Merrick back in the day and I have (I think) four or five more that go with this though they are not quite so dramatic.
I keep finding them and losing them in my stacks of stuff but one day I'll get them all together and arrange them properly.
One prob is that the story ends with this pic and it goes nowhere else.
