This is just one of my OC's. I amused myself by drawing her instead of paying attention in my government class
Her name is Miki Ito
If you read "This Weakness in Me" (see here [link] for part one and here [link] for part two
) her name may sound familiar... Yes, this is her
And yes, she's supposed to be that chesty.I half-way used a picture of Cloud in the regular uniform, then decided, "Oh, eff it!" and free-handed the rest, lol.

Also....her legs look kind of...short? Your proportions look good, but the legs are a little off...
However I could be wrong.

lol, I can't write or draw flat-chested women. It all comes out so sarcastic when I write it
I suck at coloring my art. Feel free to color her if you want...
And I just drew her that way... Let me look at the original drawing and see if she needs longer legs...

Although I do tend to instinctively think of them as more..chesty, as you put it. Heh. I understand not colouring! Usually I colour because it's easier for me to get away with crappy drawings and tell what they are if it's color-coded. If that makes sense. X]
Eh, I'unno. Lol I can't do tall people at all. They always end up....fun-size.

lol Mine are all chesty because I am... and I don't like flat-chested people who whine about wanting larger ones... And when I write characters that are... well, they are whiny and annoying
lol I understand your need to color. You should see how long it takes before I'm finally happy with a drawing!
And tall people... well, I'm short. I don't understand them
