Yes, the angle is different, but the shot is simply vulgar and seemingly badly planned. There is nothing artistic about this, in my opinion, it looks like every other Internet Porn picture, just in a different angle.

Well it is blury but the lighting is not bad. I do find it to be very gross but I do also find it to be at least somewhat artistic, it has unique colores and an extreme angle. I think there are for more worse photos to complain about and call vulgar. I don't think it's vulgar and it does look somewhat planned because it probably wasn't easy to get the right angle where you could see all of her body.
I've seen much worse and much less artistic, and it's not like she's fondleing herself or even giving a "sexual" look.

I think focus is over rated and I seldom use flash. So I'm sure that you're not accustomed to seeing photos of nudes lit in such a complex way. Most of your senses probably take offense because it's not so soft and perfectly polished.
On the point of this photo's artistic merit; it caught your attention so much that you felt compelled to comment. I know others that might disagree with you. The rules of photography and art do not always comply with each other.

I do not take any offense to this picture at all. I am simply saying, that by having bad lighting (yes, it is bad lighting) and throwing in a vagina, you think that you have art. No. The piece does not look planned out at all, hence the "mediocrity" of the piece. And others would only disagree with me because they want to see free porn.

It's interesting how the model is oriented -- I guarantee anyone who looks at this will tilt their head to the side. I really enjoy how something as subtle as the orientation of the image can achieve an effect.

I cna see where you were going with that but you didn't go far enough. If you were going to blur to add to teh effect of teh perspective, you should have either blured a little more, or kept it in focus, but it's still not a bad picture at all. I think maybe some level adjustments would make it stronger, it needs brighter whites and darker blacks.
