The sequel of niceGUI witch I have rejected. However, it combines the best ideas from both niceGUI and my other skin in progress, darkGUI .

It should be a rather fast skin since it's made in grayscale, so all pictutres will be max 256 colors. Allso, it's a half-tiled - half-stretched skin, due to the gradients so that should allso work optimizing since the skinning engine prefers tiled pictures.

I began earlier this week making the skin and hope to have completed all skinnable controls before I loose interest of skinning again. I've got Object Desktop so I'm keeping track of the new features in WB4.

The three left titlebar buttons is Ontop-toggle, Help, Minimize To Tray (if WB4 will be supporting the feature, elsevise it will be made to toggle transparent on/off)
The three right is the regular minimize, restore, close buttons.

I'm using the best features and styles from my own skins and other skins I've seen/used to create a light easy-for-the-eye skin without much clutter and implemention of some features I feel useful.

Some minor changes to the controls I've made here might occur before the final release, but this is mainly how the style of the skin will be. I might allso add some skin versions where I try to add a little colors here and there, depending on the outcome.

I have plans to make a skin suite of this one, featuting programs such as DesktopX (no fancy shit, but a new type of desktop enviroment in the same minimalistic style), ObjectBar (not a XP clone, thankyou!) and Webblinds. But first things first! WB skin foremost!

The menu where supposed to be animated, but DA won't generate a preview of an animated gif so I added the preview of the menu to the right.
