Chillrend is arguably the most powerful sword in the game. It looks just like the sword in your artwork there and an enchantment with a chance to paralize. You come across it during the Thieves Guild questline, in Mercer's mansion, in a locked weapon case.

very good did u make up the outfit???
i cant find a good looking outfit on there that also provides armor thats not expensive as hell. although when i try to open a save (or save) it says "disc not read-able"

In Oblivion, I ignored the main quest because it was boring and the Oblivion planes were really, really boring. But in Skyrim, I ignore the main quest because the rest of the world is so bloody interesting. And the main quest is GOOD, so that's saying something.
