Yeah, HP Lovecraft lore is very complicated, but at the same time any ELDRITCH patron, created off-side, that is weaker than canon ones HAS to be a descendant of Azathoth in any way shape or form, and since there are endless amounts of cosmic deities, it is safe to say that any fan gods are canon. As long as they are relatively weak when compared to the likes of Cthulhu and the rest. I am no expert but I hope this will inspire you to flesh (heh, get the pun? Eldritch flesh abominations and all that) out the cult and lore behind this character
