Was photoshop used in your artwork?
how do you create the artwork, in terms of software used.
and can you tell us how to do digital art? I find it a bit harder than traditional art.

Sorry I can not say for sure but under her interests on her page, she has written that pencil and photoshop are her tools of trade. So I am going to guess for digital she usually uses photoshop for digital work.

You can look up tutorials on YouTube, because it is more complicated than traditional art. I also recommend Medibang instead of Photoshop which is a free art program.

I personally prefer Medibang, I couldnt tell you what Skailla uses, but you can do the same kind of effects to make something similar in medibang. It would take a lot of study and practice no matter you used though, so I would stick with something free.
