She was Rayne's sister or half sister. I can't remember.

After beating Slezz, a creature called Kasumi would crawl out and interact with you. She would help you and give you some story. Then a creature called Lockdown would bust out of her and attack you. You had to fight him while sliding down some sewer pipes. When you beat him, Mora would be freed from his body. Then Mora would help you through the next level.

That's all I can remember. I'll have to look and see if I can find the script.

Oh okay, then that's why I didn't see her after I beat Slezz. I was like "What the heck? Why did I not see her?"
