yeah.

There are actually a couple other concepts, but they're not mine to post.
In the end, my focus went to something else, and Brian, the other character artist, went on to concept the final version. He did most of the monsters. You can see some of his work on the Ferril family portrait and Ephemera's male and female ninjas.
