I have no idea what to title this... :'DSooooo… I started this thing back in November 2016 and since then I’ve been poking at it when I’ve felt like drawing but not having known what, or when I've made a poor attempt at getting this done. Or when I've remembered its existence.
It’s finally finished.
Over 2 years later.
I am fast.
Also, I couldn’t be arsed to draw a background, I’ve spent enough time on this thing.

Hell yeah. The Mirage Studios Triceratons are the best incarnation of that species. The 87 Triceratons were a joke, the original comics didn't really flesh them out and the 2012 ones were big dumb brutes. But the Mirage Studios Triceratons were like a combination of the Klingons and the Ferengi, with plenty of moral greys to go around. AND they weren't completely wiped out.

Oftentimes it seems as though Triceratons are made into a joke in most series/comics. Which is a shame as the species has so much potential and we saw some of that potential in the 2k3 series.

Like I said, the 2k3 Triceratons were interesting villains. Namely because they weren't really evil, per se. They did terrible things, but they were fairly morally grey.

I've heard horror stories about them, I personally couldn't get through the first season of that series and fortunately never had to endure the 2012 Triceratons.

Also the fifth season has a Mad Max-themed three-parter that's actually quite good. Outside of a few references, it's mostly standalone, so no random chibi bits or anime effects. And the setting itself has a strong Gamma World vibe.

It also has crazy vehicular combat, a badass Raphael, robo-Donatello, Old Man Michelangelo (who is a lot more mellow than his slightly more annoying younger self) and a band of raiders called the Honey Badgers.
On the minus side, it does have the Seth Green-voiced Leonardo, but he only appears near the end. Not saying how, just that he is there.
