Nice job, loved the film also, really impressed how they made the suits look more realisitic also I would place Ma Ma as one of this year's most formidable villains, sure bane is strong and such but ma ma was friggin pyscho and intimidating!

My inner comic geek wishes they had used a major Dredd villain like Judge Death or the Angel Family. But Mama fit the world of Dredd perfectly, and a female villain who is completely demented instead of some vampy temptress was actually a pretty ballsy decision, and she played the character to the t.

She came across like a force of nature, her ruthlessness was unmatched and I liked how she was never afraid to get her own hands dirty if it meant getting what she wanted. What impressed me the most though was how calm and collected she was when committing her atrocities, I really liked the way she smirked too when Dredd gave his speech, like she was the one person in the building who didn't give a shit (even though she was his main target.) Out of all the female villains I've seen, Ma-ma left the biggest impression on me. She's the main reason I like to re-watch the movie, (as awesome as Karl Urban and Olivia Thirby are too.)

Lena Heady actually said Mama doesn't care if she lives or dies-because, as a drug addict, she is dead already. Note her final moments; she doesn't look horrified as she falls, just resigned.

She did a great job of portraying that state of mind. Always loved that final scene, no screaming or begging, just a blank "well get on with it then" stare before being thrown out of the window.
