cool, how did you only get the blur effect on like, half of it? her hair isnt very blurry, but the rest is... i don't get it... did you get sai? or do you still use paint.NET and MS paint? (hehe, free programs xD)

It's actually the large, blue bead at the top of her crown. I think I may have shown it in the old design.

4.Did you used the gradient tool on paint.net?

The water was with the pencil tool, I just used line tool and filled it in for the shading in the hair (photoshop for highlights).
For the sky, I used the pencil tool to create clouds, and the sky itself is a blue gradient (Paint.Net).

The pose is very cool and dynamic, but the visible, slightly blurry pixelation looks rather ugly to me. Aside from this, it is nice.
