I am a devout Banana Splits fan and of the Sour Grape Girls too, the Banana Splits are the greatest 60's rock band in the world. I remember them since 1966-67 when I was in Oxnard California, betcha the Splits could play"Under my thumb" by Mick Jaggar and the Rolling Stones, Can you draw the Banana Splits in Oxnard, California ? that'll be groovy!

from what i can tell, they are exactly the same...now, the voice actors are all gone, so new ones had to be found, but they sound very similar!

OH..Im sure it is....I just dont know how theyll capture the original zanniness of the first one...they better not start using stupid bathroom humor, like they seem to do with EVERY remake of an old show...it just never seems to work, to take an old idea and revamp it with modern humor...I dont know..I guess I just take this stuff toooooooooo seriously!!!

i'm with you. i am usually very cnical when they start mucking with my favorites from the past. Take Land of the Lost for example...Awesome update with Will Farrell? maybe, or maybe it will be what sets Krofft back for another 20 years
