it's just arial 12px without anti-aliasing

Sorry one last question, what programme did you design that artwork in, cause im using photoshop but cant get the same effect?

PS, just select text and in the upper bar select arial, 12 px and 'none' on the (it's anti-aliasing mode)

Thanks, iv tried that but the fonts still dont look similar? my next guess is that your either working in 72 or 75 dpi, were im working in 300dpi.....am i right?
(sorry just cant seem to get to the bottom of this and would really like to now how to do it as i think it adds to the overall look of the site)

Nobody works in anything other than 72 dpi for web.

This is looking really good. I can't find anything I don't like about it, except maybe the fact that the width is a little too large? It looks good on my 1440x900 resolution, but I don't know how those on resolutions such as 1024x768 will deal with it.

Your style is really nice and professional, but the structur of the page looks really strange (than means i wouldnt have a idea were I could find what) and I think it need more whitespace.
Overalle a really great design I think with some improvements it would be perfect
