This is a good piece. I find that Protoman looks odd without his visor, but that is fine. I like how you had Protoman asking the humans to join him in his quest to destroy the evil robots standing between mankind and freedom. I do think it is sad that the humans declined Protoman's offer. The crowd had gathered there to watch him fall, to watch their hopes destroyed. But then again, if they gathered there to watch their hopes destroyed, then why did they gather there in the first place? Seems kind of pointless if you ask me, though.

I am very impressed with the visual style you selected for this work. I specifically was amused by adding the bowler hats to the sniper robots, causing something of an Irish Mob feel to their organization. The images of Protoman reaching out to the crowd, and his reaction toward their refusal to help is very strong. The purple silhouette above Protoman's first picture, while presumably Light, looks a bit sinister, leaving me uncertain as to whether it is Light or Wily. Technique wise, I would rate this work somewhere in the middle ground. Shapes of the characters frequently feel unpolished, specifically hands, arm, and faces; I feel like the work could be improved greatly by taking greater care on the faces, in particular. Facial expressions are complicated things, and can really add a lot to a piece. Your foreshortening and perspective seem quite good, and your color choice is great. Keep up the practice!

I really like what you've done with this. It's the closest I've seen an artist come to how I imagine it. I do agree it's a little too cartoony at times, but for the most part it works. The real glaring examples I can see are Panel 5 (Protoman's intro) and Panel 9 (The battle, which is mostly good but there's a few kinks in it that need ironing out). I'm also not quite sure I like Bomb Man and Guts Man's designs. The rest of it is aces, though, and you receive a commendation point.

Proto looks freaking badass, but... I dunno. The helmet's kinda throwing me off.
The Robot Masters look... jeez. Freaking awesome. Fire Man looks... nazi-ish, for some reason, and Elec kinda reminds me of that dude from Yu-Gi-Oh whose name I cannot remember.

You draw goofy characters. This I mean in a comedic way, which I mean it works perfect for TF2 comics. When you draw something that's supposed to come across as much more serious (This comic for example) it just feels kind of odd.

Yeah, I checked. Protoman was near death when Wily found him. Wily was about to keep Protoman from deactivating by tindering with his energy core and then Protoman joined Wily afterwards.
