Description This view from my window is getting old
"You can't live in darkness" is what I'm told
"You have to venture into the light
Staying sad all the time, it's just not right"
Some things are easier hidden then erased
And it's MY choice to wear a frown on this face
You can't change me, far to many have tried
And I still remain empty, filled with these tears I've cried
Don't you dare paint the sky with rainbows
Because I like it black
It makes it easier to mourn
All the things that I lack
