I'm not actually sure what engine it is-possibly a Stanier Mogul with a swapped tender. Basically I found this picture online and thought it was too good to pass up on. I choose 41 as the NWR does have 80 something engines to operate its network and many of these are not seen in the books ( guess most of the mainline lot shed at the Barrow endΒ Β ) so I gave him that number to fill in one of the blanks.Β

Ah you've got it-its an Ivatt class 2. I knew it was either an LMS or BR design from the general style but the tender was really throwing me off-the tall coal section is just hidden by the troublesome truck. Cheers.
