I think the fact that with the Asari interbreeding with other races, eventually future generations of Asari will have not only blue, but blue-green, purple-red, indigo and maybe even bluish peach skin tones.

I'll argue with people over asari genetics until I have an aneurysm, but I like the color of their child's skin.
*Puts on nerd hat* Until I saw the picture of the child's "father", I thought that you were hinting that skin pigmentation doesn't fill in for the asari until they get older. I thought that that would be a unique feature.

While that would be interesting, we aren't given enough to go on concerning asari childhood, and I generally don't presume to invent anything without a reasonable basis in canon.
In this case, from what I can tell whether an asari actually inherits any traits from the father is up in the air, as various sources within the canon tell you conflicting things, so I went with what I felt like out of them.

And that's fine. Not even Bioware seems to know how asari genetics work, anyway. Artistic creativity trumps literary uncertainty, in this case.
