I can imagine the clone trooper's helmet being removed then being lifted up by Vader with the force immobilizing him. Vader would then ask where the rest of the rouge troopers fell back or retreated to, and the clone would respond by spiting his blood at him. I think you can figure out what happens next.

That idea of the neural implants its an insult to those brave clones that gave their lives by rebelling against Order 66, the fact that they betrayed the Jedi for loyalty to the Republic added some drama to the whole deal.
