One cool idea for something like this is to first draw the 'head' part of the victim and copy it over, so its the same every time, then draw the cheeks further around the head each time.
And nice job with shadows.

This may sound scummy, but you'd be surprised how often this holds in the art industry:
What is stationary and does not changed should be copy-pasted and controlled by layers. I noticed you drew the dude four times and the girl four times. The head was the only thing that appears to be exactly the same. I think the foot also could have been copy-pasted as well as the dude.
