OK, so "Words Fail" is the lovely fanfic by NeaMarika. She is awesome. Have you read her fic yet? If not, go! Her characterization and pairing portrayal of these two is to die for.

(Yes, this being very Moisca inspired, so disappearing into mist and what, but not quite as awesome as theirs
) One day I will make proper floating people. 
So, I mean: tell me specifically what you mean, and offer advice on how to fix it. Telling me what is good generally helps too; I keep your comments in mind for the next artwork. So, yes. Tom Riddle is indeed a mysterious figure-- he is obsessed with Harry. As Voldemort, he wants to kill him, and as a teen...? Perhaps he wants to understand him. What do you think?

Lovely piece, as always the colours and texture are beautiful, particularly around the wings. I like the way you did Harry's cheekbones as well, very soft and perfect lighting. As for advice on how to improve, I'd say what might work first is sketching out the full figures so that you can make sure that everything is cohesive and joined together before you start - though it's obvious why they might not be in this instance, if it was drawn on three separate pieces, haha! I really like the snake you've put into the wings, it's a good sinister undertone/reminder in an otherwise quite serene picture. Great work!

This one is very emotional, at first when I looked it in preview didnt know it was HP fanart its like more gloomy and with a darker atmosphere yet their expressions are so beautiful *O* and the painting itself gives a calm feeling when you look at it

Oh, emotional!! Yes, it does have a rather darker atmosphere-- just like the fic itself, I think. But yes, I drew a lot of HP fanart recently

Oh I really like the wing
I think that something that could have made this better is if there was a stronger connection between what I think is supposed to be Riddle's hand and himself. Right now even if I try to picture his body I think it would feel like his arm is too long 
But I do like the overall colors, the mood, and style of the picture
