That sheep looks a bit goatish! Happily my folder is named "Sheep and Goats", so I don't have troubles with filing

Another deviant thought it was a goat but, it is definitely a sheep!! As I explained to him, I said "hello sheep" and it answered me - so it must be a sheep! Honestly, it really is a sheep. Maybe we have odd looking sheep in the UK! I think, although they look similar, sheep tend to have more fat and hair and the horns are more curved. It seems that you have to look at the tail to be sure but obviously not possible on this photo!!

Of course, if that animal answered to the sheep-address, it must definitely be a sheep!
The nose of this sheep is so small, I thought sheep's noses are more broad and round. I'm living in a town, I know sheep and goats mostly from pictures and from the Zoo

The sheep on the Yorkshire Moors have to be very tough (hardy) as they have to survive cold and windy conditions. There are two main breeds here and both male and females have horns. Perhaps the breeds you have in Austria look somewhat different. Goats here don't often roam free but are normally in special enclosures often very close to Β the farm.

Thank you so much for enhancing my education! I read both links carefully and know now all about sheep and goats! I'll never, never mix them up again!
