Here's a bear from the Roger Rabbit short, Trail Mix-Up (1993)! It looks like a goofy looking animal with spiky tuft hair and large belly. Also, the bear is kinda reminding me of Humphrey the Bear, Baloo the Bear from The Jungle Book (1967) and Fisherman Bear from Bedknob and Broomsticks (1971) (which he can be my favorite animated character of the film).
