Closing up slots now for emergency commissions. Thank you to each and every person I have listed below for their help. You can't even imagine how full my heart is that I'll be able to go home and give my grandmother the care she deserves!

They've sent her home (she was in the hospice until two days ago) and is set up in her livingroom with everything she needs and a hospital bed. Once I arrive I'll be the one to be there for every need she has and it's my goal to make her as happy and comfortable as she's always done for me in the past. And it's all thanks to everyone here. I'm in tears I'm so grateful!!!!! thank you everyone...THANK YOU!!!

Thank you so very much to everyone who has come together to help me get back to Indiana to be with my Grandma. The response has been absolutely amazing and I'm just head over heels excited to say that I've more than reached the goal!!!! Just finished booking the car transport and handed over money or tickets! It's really happening, and it's all thanks to everyone who has helped! I can't thank you all enough and I'm eagerly excited to get started on every piece!!! Boy have I got my work cut out for me, huh?! I'll update my cue once I get everything organized! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! I could just cry!

So I'm in need of opening up for Emergency Commissions (Emergency meaning money up front for a dire need)

My grandmother, as I've mentioned in the past, has been fighting her battle with lung cancer...
Things were looking up post surgery where they removed her whole left lung, but it seems that thing are turning back around and it's not looking good.

I've decided that I need to get to Indiana ASAP as there's a chance it could spread to her brain and she wouldn't even know who I was...I can't sit here in California any longer and I need to get back home.

I've been arranging for things to be mailed back home..my car to be shipped on a carrier, and plane tickets to get myself and Javi-poo back home. I've come up with most of the funds miraculously through the help of friends and with a discount on flights through family over here, but I still need $200 to close the gap and make sure EVERYTHING makes it back and quickly. This is where my DeviantART family hopefully comes in...

If you've had commissions with me before, you'd know that I'm always good on my commission work in an emergency situation. I know money is asked for up front, but once I'm settled and seen to my grandmother, I will be able to resume art and your piece will be completed. (I'll probably make a progress list on this journal entry so you can see where I'm at) They can be public or private commissions. If you can't donate the full amount of the commission price, I am willing to accept half-price deposits up front, and then the rest once the piece is completed. If you have friends here that have been looking to get some art done, send them my way! Don't want a commission and just want to help just by donating a few bucks? Let me know! Anything to help me reach this goal and get home. I accept paypal and can use paypal's services to accept Visa or Mastercard payments through a credit/debit card as well.

Please please please...I was named after her. She's the grandmother I'm the closest to..the one I've lived with the most in the past. She was my first bite of pizza and kicked ass with SNES video games. (She really loves the Donkey Kong series)

My family has informed me that all she wants is to see us and say goodbye..and soon before she won't recognize me anymore. If you guys can do this, my heart would be so full.
