not my best, the gun looks good, but for some reason i just don't like it. ah well
Mastodon Anti Tank Rifle.
made specifically for busting tanks, this weapon fires specialized 20mm APFSDS rounds from a 5 round magazine. the weapons recoil is enormous, despite numerous additions to dampen the shock. impossible to fire from the shoulder while standing, it is still easily man portable, and has an excellent range for those troops looking for an alternative to missile launchers as their primary squad anti-tank weapon.

Careful though. You have to be sure not to put the shooter right in the way of the exhaust gases, otherwise it'll slice him apart.

I think if you can't put in a recoiless system, perhaps a much larger muzzle break could, not elimnate the issue, but at least greatly reduce it.
