You see how clean that start screen looks in Windows 10? Yep, here's what I suggested: On the left, you can pin shortcuts from the Quick Launch menu, just like in your File Explorer when you pin down your shortcuts there. The icons on the current builds would look annoying when they look on the Start screen, instead, I just got rid of them under my concept, leaving it more spacious for more pinned shortcuts.

These apps would look okay if they were having redesigned notifications and having the same background as much as if today's weather forecast was fully detailed in the weather app.
