OC Crystal Renaissance. This was a fun one.I finally got around to making a base of this. It's not exact (I made a few changes since my style has changed a bit since I drew this:Β snakehands.deviantart.com/art/β¦

I use GIMP and I primarily use the 'paths tool; paintbrush' with multiple layers to outline (occasionally I use the pencil tool). And I fill it in with the bucket/paintbrush tools and when I shade (which I didn't do with this one) I like to use 'Gaussian Blur'.

I really like this oc! The colors flow nicely together and it is pleasing to the eye.Β The only problem I have that it is an alicorn for no reason.

Is the neon important to the character or can I tone down the colors on the mane a little?

I usually don't like alicorns that are fan-made, but this one looks great. I hope it has a good story description.

Her name is Enchancia Quills and she is an ailcorn princess.
she has a very very very very light shade of brown for her body, then a deep brown for her mane and tail.
her cutie mark is a golden quill layered onto of a crown.
she has soft purple eyes
and is between Princess twilight sparkles height and princess Cadence's height.
her mane is sort of like Twilight's but it is choppy like she cut it herself without a mirror
and her wings are so oversized that she sometimes trips on them and likes to wrap her entire body in them like a cocoon.Β
