T'is Pluto~ ^__^ He's usually an anthro kitty, but he can also be a kitty-kitty. *points up* He's based on the cat of the same name from Poe's The Black Cat.

My Pluto *points up* is a resident of my funny little warped faerietale city. He's a homicide detective with some fairly distressing (for criminals, anyway) abilities. Eh, well, a lot of the citizens have abilities of their own, but Pluto's are my favourite. ^__^ <3 He's a really adorable little thing, but a bad creature to cross. '__';;;
