Description 'Going.Going.Gone.'

5 layer handcut stencil on card.

'Wild tiger numbers are at an all-time low. We have lost 97% of wild tigers in just over a century. Tigers may be one of the most revered animals, but they are also vulnerable to extinction. As few as 3,200 exist in the wild today.'

I am still curious as to the type of paint and stencil material you are using to create these gorgeous images?

I appreciate this fine art being painted on to scrap cardboard. It speaks to the street origins of the art form but the artistry being exemplified in the image is of high gallery standards. Thank you for the wonderful work.

awesome.
but I canΒ΄t really tell the layers(that are incredibly detailed) apart.
i know you will spry this one again, but next time maybe with a little more contrast in the colors?
that cardboard "test-spry" looks like only 3to4 layers.
as always i am sure you will amaze us all with the final result.

I've been watching your cutouts as well for this. The final result is amazing. How do you store your stencils to keep them well preserved?

A plan chest, which is what architects use to store plans. you can get them on ebay for as little as Β£50, very usefull

Beautifully done. Had I not seen the stenciling cut outs that came before this, i would swear that image was printed on the cardboard. I am blown away by the final result. Your talent and patience are amazing!
