The Working Samoyed Program
The Working Samoyed Program awards Samoyeds that prove they are more than just a Pretty Face in the crowd. These dogs were versatile as herders, hunters and haulers in their native Siberia and they are capable of doing SO much!
There are THREE titles a Samoyed can earn in the Working Samoyed Program. These titles are earned by gaining titles in the Kennel Club ( Kennel-Club ) and other events/shows that may award them. But, we strongly encourage Samoyed enthusiasts to earn their titles via the Kennel Club.

WS (Working Samoyed) - In order for any Samoyed to earn this first leg in the program they must attain a secondary level title in ONE of the supported events. (For supported events please find the list below) So, if your dog’s chosen event is say, Sledding, your Samoyed should have a SDX (Sled Dog Excellent) to earn it's Working Samoyed title.
WSX (Working Samoyed Excellent) - In order for any Samoyed to earn this second leg in the program. they MUST have completed the first title plus added two additional second leg titles to this as well. (Again see the list below for supported events) So, for example, your dog has earned SDU (Sled Dog Unlimited) PDX (Pack Dog Excellent) and BJR2 (Intermediate Bikjoring) then your dog would qualify for its Working Samoyed Excellent title.
WSM (Master Working Samoyed) - The last and final leg in the program entirely. It's very tricky to earn and very few will succeed! In order to qualify for this title the dog must have the first earn title ever, plus have finished ONE of the two additional it had to qualify for WSX but must add another two working titles towards its name. For Example, SDU (Sled Dog Unlimited) PDM (Master Pack Dog) BJR2 (Intermediate Bikjoring) WP (Weight Puller) HI (Herding Intermediate) then your dog would qualify for its Master Working Samoyed title.
