THE FIRST OF MANY BEANS!!!!! that I adopted from xD I don't have a full reference for him yet.... but this is what I'm thinking so far. I loved the pink hair, so I kept that.

Name: Teka (Teh-Kah) Todoroki

Quirk: Hell Ice- The quirk may look like flames, but it's actually FLAMING ICE (basically flames of ice that are extremely cold instead of super hot. So the ice is as versatile like flames, and acts like them. ) So much like his dad Endeavor, instead of overheating he over-freezes and can send himself into hypothermia if he uses his quirk too long, and if he overextends himself/pushes himself, his quirk can hurt him.

Age: 16 (youngest and strongest ( but also the most fragile) of the siblings which will come sometime later x3)

(also thinking that Rei isn't the mother, but another quirk user with ice.)
