Was never a huge fan of the game. Could never make it past the first level before those bouncy tires drove me insane. But still I always loved the character, and this drawing damn well reminds me why.

I thought it would've been cool if some top game developers such as Gameloft used your fanart for EWJ HD.

Gameloft, top developer? That's an exaggeration. A big one.
Secondly they didn't even have the decency to contact me on this matter. Only after this whole thing escalated, one of Gameloft's interns (yes intern) contacted me apologising for the whole mess.
They outsourced the whole development and porting of the game to some Chinese team, and Western copyright laws don't really work in China. You can't sue them, you can't do a damn thing.
Gameloft knew exactly what they were doing.

O_O... Well this sucked. I had no clue that this Gameloft was capable of doing that stuff with the lack of copyright rules in China. This makes me think that they didn't have the decency to credit you in the credits screen now that I think about it.
