Anyways, the top part is her still falling and crying while saying:
"Is this how it ends? Me, the Bearer of Loyalty dies like this......my only regret...is that I'll never be able to say goodbye to my friends..."
And the lower part is her dead...
This is supposed to be taken as a mirror thing where the two Dash's meet at the centre, inspired by the intro of Sailor Moon Crystal (that's why she's facing the wrong side in the air).
