Let me start by saying I have never painted something before. All of my creative skill is mostly limited to digital art.

Nonetheless, I have a vaulted ceiling in my living room with a big blank wall. I wanted something to hang there, but any kind of art you buy is just too expensive. So I decided to make my own and this is the result.

I built the frame and stretched an old painting cloth for the canvas. Painted away for 10-15 hours and whalla - my attempt at a tree.

BTW sorry for the angle, but it is already up on my wall and it is dang hard to get it up there. I had to assemble scaffolding.

Size is 9X6 feet
