A sparkledog design forPersonally, I'm not really satisfied with the result. I know you asked for no pink butttt I couldn't resist. I'm so sorry! xD You can change the colour scheme and markings and everything if you want. >.>
It's a coyote and I'm not sure if you want me to name it or if you'd like to choose a name yourself.

is this a vector? or is it a tablet drawing? if its a tablet drawing how does it not look pixelated and how do the lines look so smooth and even?

It's a tablet drawing. O_o I don't even know how vectors work.
I don't use MS Paint. xD Lines will look pixelly on there all the time. But not on PS or SAI, unless you use a pixel brush.
