Oh that's not a problem. I've seen traditional artists fill it out too. Just draw your character traditionally, scan it in, and paste it on the sheet. Or you can even print out the sheet. ^^

Well I think both are allowed. Most of the time, people will do written rps and picture those rps in drawings afterwards.
