Grabbing a lockpick, I disable the three traps and open the box, shoving the locked spellbook in my pants. That I am not going to open. Thrice bedamned spelled, I'm sure. Will save that for Sandra.

I heave the box down the street, running in the opposite direction!

I need to disappear.
As shopkeepers come out of their stores, I'm off the street.
