"Sister," I say, tsk-tsking for effect and shaking my head. "You thought you could sneak in here unannounced.." I wave my hand and the signal jammer on her wrist melts. She yelps in pain, scraping it off, cursing. "With some goofy gadget from your wife?" More head shaking. "I have absorbed all of Monica's knowledge and she was instrumental in it's design."
She doesn't answer in words. Rather she raises her firearm, squeezing off several shots.
