Subject: Declaration of Martial Law and Bounty Announcement
The Empress-General and Commander-In-Chief of all galactic military forces, “Empyrean One” Keisha Richardson, has declared martial law in response to the annihilation of the Lizard Homeworld by the use of a psionic supernova detonation device.

Squads of grateful Lizard warriors will be placed under the command of the Empress-General and will join Star Command in the hunt for the fugitives led by the criminal Natalie Fontaine.

The charges to be brought against Ms. Fontaine and her conspirators:

Wanton destruction of an inhabited solar system
