I dont know if Laure and Phoebe could do it... Laure is too excitable and gets cocky after a short while and Phoebe would only fight if someone shot her hair..

I think I recognize the arena she is in ... I made a similar artwork of my characters in the same arena just recently!

Ratchet beat every challenge in every Arena he has ever participated in. He even beat the Quarktastic Battle (on Annihilation Nation) which is 100 rounds. I am guessing you achieved this with a not nearly as many weapons as Ratchet? Congratulations on the victory. wait is that the Megacorp games arena?

Donna have only participated in this once and it's probably also going to be the only one she goes through. ^^
Then if she did go further with the battle arenas, she wouldn't be able to go as far as Ratchet with the Quarktastic Battle. She mind just beat a couple of the easier challenges to get some bolts.

It doesn't seem like a weapon you will find in the universe of Ratchet and Clank. Then it should more resemble that blade weapon Ratchet use in "Tool Of Destruction".

Yeah, that's for sure. Also, it won't replace her pistol, but think of it like Ratchet's Omniwrench, only sword-like and can act as both Rock's phaseblade and a welding torch.
