Description I was a little in two minds whether to submit this. In trying to make my art a little more elegant and graceful like some of the artists I admire so much I attempted to render Moonlight in the clothes she was forced to wear the other day. However I did a poor job of capturing her and what she was wearing also, which a dear, dear friend of mine commented suited her well. This was almost drawn on a whim for his enjoyment but for my own satisfaction also. There was an inscription on it also that I didn't include in the scan saying "Let me dance to the tune of your heart". This reminded me then of a song by Blackmore's Night which I'll post with it because I think it fits her and the pic and the moment last night well.
Lyrics (c) Blackmore's Night.
Moonlight and art (c) me.

Shadow of the moon.

In the shadow of the moon she danced in the starlight.
Whispering her haunting tune to the night.
Velvet sky spun round and round, fire in her stare.
In the woods without a sound, no one cared.

Through the darkened field intrance.
Music made her poor heart dance.
Thinking of a lost romance long ago.

Feeling lonely, feeling sad she cried in the moonlight.
Driven by a world gone mad she took flight.
Feel no sorrow, feel no pain, feel no hurt there's nothing gained.
Only then will love remain she would say.

Shadow of the moon.
Shadow of the moon.
Shadow of the moon.
Shadow of the moon.

Through the darkened field intrance.
Music made her poor heart dance.
Thinking of a lost romance long ago.

Somewhere just beyond the mist spirits will seem cloudy.
As the lighting led her way through the dark.
In the shadow of the moon she danced in the starlight.
Whispering her haunting tune to the night.

Shadow of the moon.
Shadow of the moon.
