Number 4 in [link] C:His name is Resu and he controls ice and snow and keeps the northen areas of Bynra covered with permafrost... He loves making small ice(/snow) spirits like above and sending them to freeze stuff up.
He is quite the prankster should any creature cross paths with him. Makes an excellent guide in the mountains, he knows them like his own paws.
