I do too actually...it was a fun chance to change things up, to see the future of the turtles.
I will admit I like the new iteration. I enjoy that while they use the 3d to good effect they still pay homage to the printed 2D stuff very nicely. They had even asked the original character designer to help in the newer nick version.

Its why I made comics for the longest time. Practice really makes perfect. It's just the formating that changes.
