My goodness, that`s a lovely photo ! It really is simple happiness, which is showed amazingly. I like photos in B&W, and it`s great here. Girl is smiling - i love that in every portrait. I like how she look up seeing all that falling snow. Expression is very good. She is dressed up nice ( hat thingy and long hair is great ). It is contrast to all that snow, and background. Background is properly not focused, but i like the sea back there and some kind of wall/fence. Snow is showed great. I still learning how to do portraits, and that is another great photo i see.
