Description
The Covenant is broken!And I find myself
In between.
With no Allegiance; no side to join,
No side that would have me.
Unwanted. An outcast
I wander.
Because of him;
The one who sired me.
He who once fought for the light
Then joined in one accord
With the ministry of darkness.
And in doing so, was exiled
To a place of misery called earth.
Where a race called man dwelt.
And then he saw her.
A daughter of man.
How beautiful they were;
The daughters of men.
The sons of God and the daughters of men.
These two races joined in sexual relations,
And spawned the abominations;
Sired the Nephilim.
And for that, the sons of God
Now await their judgment
In the abyss.
And I,
One of the abominations
Now wander.
Neither angel, nor demon, nor man,
Rather, something in between;
Some THING unwanted.
But who am I to be blamed,
For a crime I did not commit?
If there is a Hell,
Let it be here,
Where The Light hides His face
From me in shame;
Here where the shadows lie.
Away from Him;
The face from whom
The heavens and the earth fled away.
Neither wants me; save Hell:
Heaven rejects me,
Hell wants me,
And earth does not need me.
I shall find my redemption,
Here where the shadows lie;
I shall make my sire suffer,
I shall make the devil cry!
“…And it came to pass, when men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. Then the Lord said, ‘My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal (corrupt); his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.’
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days – and also afterwards – when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.”
- Genesis 6:1 – 4
