this picture shows something I actually dreamed. It was very scary and horrifying, I think I woke up totally distraught that day lol

to cut a very long dream short:
Everyone knew that aliens are going to invade the earth on a certain date (I think it was 17th ot 16th June or July) and everyone was panicking and escaping to camps which were outside of cities. I was out with some special forces unit to take out some people who were straying around trying to get inside the city walls (yeah that city had some weird walls so no one could inside lol) - but I wasn't a soldier of them. So after a accomplished mission, we wanted to return to the city, but suddenly a huge space ship appeared and dropped some bombs over the city. Realizing the danger the soldiers ran away as fast as they could from the shockwave of the explosions - I was still with them. I was trying to catch this moment in a picture. Detail or precision isn't as important to me in this piece because I wanted to create a certain atmosphere. Isn't exactly what I saw in that dream but it comes close.

I changed the design of the space ships to make them easier to draw lol They looked rather like a stingray

done in SAI within 5-4 hours or so
